iOS4 Users:

Why is my app running slow, freezing or crashing on iOS4?
Users may want to reduce the number of background apps which may cause the phone to run out of memory. This can cause the app to run slower or potentially get pushed out of memory and cause the app to crash. To do this you will need to completely shut down apps by clicking your home button twice and removing apps from the list of all running apps.

Network Users:

Why is my app running slow, freezing or crashing?
Users may want to avoid running the animation feature in the interactive map when in poor cellular network conditions (e.g. 1-2 bars on the Edge Network). Under these conditions, the application may crash. The app will work normally after a restart or when a better network connection is established.
